It is a centrifugal compressor using magnetic bearing technology: the rotor is levitated by magnetic fields with no mechanical contact or friction. It is mainly used in central HVAC, chillers and industrial refrigeration, offering high efficiency, low noise and long service life.
No. Magnetic bearings have no mechanical contact or friction, so there is no oil system and no oil-film degradation or heat-exchanger fouling.
Yes. In central cooling and refrigeration, overall energy savings of 15%-35% are typical, with the biggest gains at part load, depending on model, load profile and environment.
No. The system provides motor pre-heating and anti-condensation functions for normal starts in low temperatures; see product data for the applicable range.
To a degree. Good ventilation, low dust and moderate humidity are recommended. Vibration is minimal, so no heavy concrete foundation is required.
No. A permanent-magnet plus electromagnetic control design does not demagnetize in normal service, and the control system monitors the field and protects automatically on anomalies.
Standard industrial and commercial supplies such as 380V/400V/6kV/10kV are supported depending on model. Some models accept wide voltage ranges, but good earthing and harmonic treatment are required.
Central cooling and heating for commercial complexes, offices, hotels, hospitals, data centers, precision plants, industrial refrigeration, rail transit, airports, schools and more.
No mechanical friction or lubricating oil means lower failure rates; part-load efficiency and energy savings are higher; starting current, noise and vibration are lower; service life is longer and maintenance cost is lower.
